ATTEND OUR PARTY NIGHT TOO...
To extend our time together we're also holding a fundraising party after our daytime event. Join us for a fun evening of live cabaret, dancing, buffet and great conversations!
We've hired the fantastic cabaret band ELITE who will be entertaining us with their Grease vs Dirty Dancing show as we sing or dance along to lots of feel good songs. There may even be a bit of Abba thrown in...
As well as the show you'll be greeted with a welcome drink.

We are raising funds to build a school in Cambodia in partnership with the charity Classroom of Hope.
All profits* from these events will be donated to our school fundraising project.
*All speakers and our project team are donating their time for free.
Profits = ticket sales plus other donations less venue, catering,, banking, advertising and admin costs (e.g. web design, event admin). We'd LOVE to raise £2,500+ from these events.

Where are the events taking place?
Both events are taking place in central Edinburgh. The venue details will be confirmed when you book.
What's included in your ticket price?
Visibility & Impact Daytime Event
Your ticket includes access to the event, light refreshments throughout the event, and the opportunity to get a professional photo taken (extra donation) and to book a table to showcase your wares.
Party night:
Your ticket includes access to the event and a welcome drink.
Can I bring my business partner, a colleague or my spouse?
You're welcome to invite family, friends and other contacts as you see fit. Everyone who wants to attend needs to buy a ticket.
Are there discounts for students, charities or social causes?
No. These events are fundraiser events to raise funds to build a school in Cambodia. Everyone involved in organising the events is doing so at no cost to maximise the funds we can raise. Tickets were initially offered half price for those who wanted to pay less. There is no scope to reduce the price of tickets.
Are any meals or refreshments provided?
Visibility & Impact Daytime Event:
- Tea, coffee and biscuits will be provided at the Visibility & Impact daytime event.
- For lunch, we suggest you grab something to eat at the cafe at the venue or one of the nearby cafes or pubs.
Party night:
You will get a welcome drink when you arrive.
What is your refund policy?
Visibility & Impact Daytime Event:
You can cancel at any time, but please be aware of the following policy:
- If you cancel before 30 September 2018 you will receive a full refund, less a £10 processing fee, per ticket.
- If you cancel between 1st and 31st October 2018 you will receive 50% refund of your ticket price, less the processing fee.
- If you cancel anytime in November you will not be eligible for a refund, but you may send someone in your place – be sure to let us know no later than 31st October so we have their details ahead of the event, to make sure that they gain entry without any problems.
Note: No change of names associated with tickets will be accepted after 30th October 2018.
Party night:
- Refund requests received by 31st October 2018 - we will refund you the price you've paid (less £10 admin fee per ticket).
- Refund request received in November 2018 - tickets are non refundable unless we are able to sell them on to someone on our waiting list. A £10 admin fee per ticket applies for this.
